Well how strange ,have just received the courier and read about this website and thought i would give it a go and right at the top of the page a name from the distant past" Maurice Nunn"I too worked at upper Tooting bo 1959-1962 as a messenger my best friends being Jeff Young and yourself ,i knew what happened to jeff but could never find out any info about you, so you did well for yourself ,I too have a lot to thank George Surrey and Dave Maney for although i probably wouldn`t have thought so at the time .You have a good memory remembering all those names ,i can remember being marched round to the barbers because my hair was too long,George i haven`t got any money! dont worry he would reply it can come out of the drinks club money and when you pay it back you pay interest on it , Dave was very much into sport sport do you remember Subooto.I too had a lot of P18 s, i transfered from Richmond and at Richmond we were told allways to bring the telegrams back if we could not get an answer, well as at Tooting no just box them. After i left Tooting i was a postman@Streatham SDO for 4 years then i became a PHG working with Jeff Young and later Bill Ridges and Gary Langley,I then was on the SDSF force till i retuned to Streatham in 1970 retiring in 2005 .Have you Guessed who i am? You take care and all the Best.....
